Thank you for shopping with Lumen Drip. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to other destinations at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotional events.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at laurence@lumendrip.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
